Michael D. Cahill is the President and CEO of Tower Financial Corporation; a position he has held since July 2008. He is also President and CEO of Tower Bank & Trust, a subsidiary of Tower Financial Corporation. Mr. Cahill has served both Tower Financial Corporation and Tower Bank & Trust in various roles including Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, and has served on the Tower Financial Corporation Board since 2007. Mr. Cahill’s twenty years of senior financial management experience include serving as Chief Financial Officer for Physicians Health Plan of Indiana, CB Richard Ellis/Sturges and Northill Corporation. Mr. Cahill is a graduate of Notre Dame University and is actively involved in support of various nonprofit organizations within his community.

Presenter - Richard R. Sawyer, Executive Vice President and CFO

Richard R. Sawyer has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Tower Financial Corporation since April 2007. He served as Controller for Tower Financial Corporation and its subsidiaries from October 2004 to April 2007. Previous to Tower Financial Corporation, Mr. Sawyer served as the Controller for McKinley Properties, a regional property management firm located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has over 20 years of experience in a financial role and holds a B.A. in accounting from Taylor University.
