Presenter - Robert L. Goocher, Treasurer and Vice President - Investor Relations

Robert L. Goocher has served as Treasurer and Vice President, Investor Relations, for Vectren Corporation since September 1, 2010.  He previously served as Vice President and Treasurer from April 1, 2002 through August 31, 2010.

Prior to coming to Vectren Corporation, Robert served as Treasurer at GridSouth Transco.  Prior to that he also served in a number of senior management positions with AGL Resources and predecessor companies including President and Chief Operating Officer of AGL Resources Service Company, Executive Vice President - Business Support, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, Vice President & Augusta Division Manager, Controller, and Assistant Treasurer. 

Robert received an AA in business administration from Middle Georgia College, a BBA in accounting from the University of Georgia, and an MBA in finance from Georgia State University.

Robert is a member of the Financial Executives International, the Association of Financial Professionals, and the American Gas Association. He serves on the Board of Directors of WNIN, American Red Cross of Southwestern Indiana, and the University of Southern Indiana.

Robert resides in Newburgh, Indiana, with his wife Jan.
