Lucchese is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Hillenbrand, Inc. Prior to joining Hillenbrand, she served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Thoratec Corporation. She also spent ten years with Guidant Corporation in a variety of roles, including corporate vice president and treasurer, vice president of finance and administration for the Guidant Sales Corporation, and corporate controller and chief accounting officer. Cindy also spent seven years with Eli Lilly and Company in a variety of financial management and treasury positions, as well as several years with Ernst & Young. Cindy is a certified public accountant and has a B.S. in accounting and an MBA in finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Cindy currently serves on the board for Brightpoint, Inc. and the Indiana Sports Corporation. |
