Mr. Griffin joined Escalade, Inc. over fourteen years ago. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2009 and is an Officer of the Company. Since 2007, Mr. Griffin has also served on the Board of Stiga Sports, an Escalade joint-venture, which is based in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Since 2012, Mr. Griffin has served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for Escalade, Inc. primarily concentrating on acquisitions and divestitures. Through a series of recent transactions, Escalade has reshaped its corporate portfolio to strengthen its focus on sporting goods and outdoor recreation products. Most recently, Mr. Griffin served as President of the Martin Yale Group which was a subsidiary of Escalade, Inc. focused on information security and print finishing products. Previously, Mr. Griffin spent nearly three years in Germany as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Martin Yale International. Prior to Martin Yale, he worked in successive product management positions at Escalade Sports covering several sporting goods categories.
