Based in Evansville, Indiana, Escalade, Inc. is a $150 million publically-traded consumer products company (NASDAQ: ESCA).  The company traces its roots to the founding of Indian Archery and Toy Company in 1927.  Today, Escalade, Inc. is a leading innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of niche sporting goods and outdoor recreation products.   Escalade Sports includes indoor games, outdoor games, basketball, and playground systems.   Some of their leading brands include Stiga, Goalrilla, and Onix. Regarding outdoor recreation, Bear Archery has been leading manufacturer of archery equipment since its founding in 1933 by the iconic outdoorsman Fred Bear.  Bear's brands also include Trophy Ridge accessories and Cajun Bowfishing.   Escalade's customers include Dick's, Academy, Amazon.com, Big 5, Wal-Mart,  Cabela's, Bass Pro and many other leading retailers.  Escalade  has a broad manufacturing footprint with facilities in Gainesville, Florida, Rosarita, Mexico, and Olney, Illinois.  The company distributes its sporting goods primarily from its Evansville distribution center. Escalade also  maintains a product sourcing office in Shanghai, China and has operate successful joint venture with Stiga Sports for over twenty years. Presenter - Patrick Griffin, VP, Corporate Development & Investor Relations, Director

Mr. Griffin joined Escalade, Inc.  over fourteen years ago. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2009 and is an Officer of the Company.  Since 2007, Mr. Griffin has also served on the Board of Stiga Sports, an Escalade joint-venture,  which is based in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Since 2012, Mr. Griffin has served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for Escalade, Inc. primarily concentrating on acquisitions and divestitures.  Through a series of recent transactions,  Escalade has reshaped its corporate portfolio to strengthen its focus on sporting goods and outdoor recreation products. Most recently, Mr. Griffin served as President of the Martin Yale Group which was a subsidiary of Escalade, Inc. focused on information security and print finishing products. Previously, Mr. Griffin spent nearly three years in Germany as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Martin Yale International.  Prior to Martin Yale, he worked in successive product management positions at Escalade Sports covering several sporting goods categories.

Prior to Escalade, Mr. Griffin served in marketing, business development, and strategic planning roles for several companies including the start-up Webcentric, Inc. where he developed relationships with key retailers and strategic partners helping to build one of the internet's first successful comparison search sites, bottomdollar.com, and Koch Industries, Inc. where he worked in Koch's strategic planning group analyzing the company's petroleum businesses and evaluating expansion opportunities.

Mr. Griffin holds an M.B.A. and M.A. in Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. He was also graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas with B.A. degrees in history and economics. Mr. Griffin is active in the Evansville community serving on the Boards of Evansville Day School, Reitz Home Museum, Warrick County Community Foundation, and the Growth Alliance for Greater Evansville.
