German American Bancorp, Inc. is a financial services holding company based in Jasper, Indiana. The Company’s Common Stock is traded on NASDAQ’s Global Select Market System under the symbol GABC. The principal subsidiary of German American Bancorp, Inc. is its banking subsidiary, German American Bancorp which operates through six community banking affiliates with 28 retail banking offices in the ten contiguous Southern Indiana counties of Daviess, Dubois, Gibson, Knox, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Perry, Pike, and Spencer. German American Bancorp owns a trust, brokerage and financial planning subsidiary which operates from its banking offices and a full line property and casualty insurance agency with six insurance agency offices throughout its market area.

 Mark A. Schroeder has guided German American Bancorp as President and CEO since 1999, and has spent most of his career in various management positions at the holding company and its main subsidiary, German American Bank. He holds board positions with the Indiana Bankers Association, the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions, the Independent Community Bankers of America, the Indiana CPA Society and several other industry groups. A graduate of the University of Evansville, Vincennes University and the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Mr. Schroeder holds a bachelor of science degree in financial management. He is a certified public accountant.
Presenter -- Bradley M. Rust, Senior Vice President and CFO

Serving in his current position since 1999, Bradley M. Rust provides executive management of all aspects of German American’s corporate accounting and finance, interest rate risk management and liquidity management, and mergers and acquisition analysis. Prior to joining German American, Mr. Rust was senior vice president and controller of First American Bank, Vincennes, Ind. He was graduated in 1989 with a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Southern Indiana.
