Senior Vice President and CFO Gregory N. Miller was elected to his current corporate position in July 2005. He was elected Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Hillenbrand Industries, Inc. in 2001. He has held financial positions at Newell Rubbermaid, Inc., as Group Vice President and Controller, at Little Tikes Company (Vice President and Controller), at Newell Window Furnishings/Kirsch (Vice President and Controller), Deloitte & Touche, LLP (Senior Manager-Emerging Business Services/ Middle Market Group) and Grant Thornton (Senior Auditor). A CPA, Mr. Miller was graduated in 1985 with a bachelors of accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.

Presenter - Blair A. (Andy) Rieth, Vice President, Investor Relations, Communications & Global Brand Development
Blair A. (Andy) Rieth, Jr. joined Hillenbrand Industries and Hill-Rom as Vice President Investor Relations, Communications, and Global Brand Development effective June 7, 2006. Prior to joining Hillenbrand, he was Investor Relations Officer for Guidant Corporation, a medical technology company, since January 2000. Prior to 2000, Mr. Rieth was National Accounts Director, Human Resource Director, Director of Government Relations and head of the Washington office for Guidant. Prior to moving to Washington, Rieth held several management positions in the areas of marketing, sales, and strategic planning with Eli Lilly and Company, a pharmaceutical research and manufacturing company.
Mr. Rieth holds an Economics degree from DePauw University and an MBA from Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
