Vea, Chairman, President and CEO  Mike Vea is Chairman, President and CEO of Integra Bank Corporation and Integra Bank N.A. Mr. Vea has 27 years of experience in financial services segments. Prior to joining Integra in 1999, Mr. Vea held the position of President and CEO of Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase) in Cincinnati, Ohio. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Large Corporate and Middle Market Lending Manager for Star Bank NA in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Vea has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Indiana University and earned a MBA in Finance/Tax from DePaul University. Mr. Vea is active in Education, Economic Development, and the Arts. He currently serves on the University of Evansville Board of Trustees, University of Southern Indiana Foundation, Mayor’s Education Roundtable, Evansville Chamber of Commerce Board, Evansville’s Regional Business Committee, Economic Development Coalition Board – Finance Chairman, Greenway Passage - Campaign Chairman, United Way of SW Indiana Campaign Cabinet - Vice Chairman in 2007 and Chair in 2008, Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation (EVSC) Community Education Committee Chair, EVSC Superintendent Search Committee, EVSC Efficiency and Effectiveness Cabinet, Charter Signature School Board, Diversity Lecture Series Board of Governors, Catholic High Schools Capital Campaign Cabinet, Catholic High Schools Principal Search Committee and Children’s Museum of Evansville Wisdom Council. Zorn, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President - Finance and Risk  Mr. Zorn has served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President –Finance and Risk, Chief Financial Officer since April 2006. Mr. Zorn joined Integra in 2001 and previously served as Executive Vice President for Commercial Banking and metro markets until his appointment as Chief Risk Officer in 2002. Prior to joining Integra, Mr. Zorn served as Regional Vice President and Region Executive for Wachovia Corporation in Washington DC. Mr. Zorn has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and MS Candidate in Finance from the University of Texas. Mr. Zorn is active in the community serving as Chairman of the Board of WNIN, the public broadcasting station for Southwestern Indiana. He is an adjunct professor of Finance at University of Southern Indiana and serves on the finance committee of Youth First.
