MISCOR Group provides electrical and mechanical solutions for industrial services and products through two segments:

  • Repair, Remanufacturing and Manufacturing (RRM)— 68% of FY07 revenue—provides maintenance and repair services for rotating electric, transformers, switchgear, large diesel engines, and locomotives. The RRM segment also manufactures lifting magnets and power assemblies. Field service capabilities include on-site and in plant maintenance.
  • Construction and Engineering Services (CES)—32% of FY07 revenue—provides electrical and mechanical contracting as well as engineering and repair services for electrical power distribution systems.

Presenter - John A. Martell, PE, Chief Executive Officer

John A. MartellJohn has over 30 years of experience in electrical contracting and industrial services. He is the founder of MISCOR and has been with the Company since 2001. Prior to 2001, John was a founding shareholder of Trans Tech Electric, which became a founding member of Quanta Services (NYSE: PWR). While a member of Quanta Services, John served on the Board of Directors for three years. In the community, John is a member of the Engineering Advisory Council at the University of Notre Dame and the Board of Trustees at St. Mary’s College. He has an engineering degree and certificate in executive management from the University of Notre Dame.


Presenter - Richard J. Mullin, CPA, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Richard J. MullinRich has over 25 years of senior management experience in public accounting and industry. Prior to MISCOR, Rich was CFO of Nasdaq-listed Starcraft Corporation and President of Wells Electronics Inc. Both companies have since been acquired. He is a certified public accountant. Rich has a bachelors degree and Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
