Richard J. Giromini was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Wabash National Corporation and to the Company's Board of Directors in December of 2006. Previously, Mr. Giromini had served as Wabash National's President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his employment with Wabash National, Mr. Giromini was Senior Vice President - Technology and Continuous Improvement for Accuride Corporation. He joined Accuride as Vice President/General Manager of AKW, L.P. in April 1998, and served as President and CEO of AKW L.P. from August 1998 through April 1999.

Robert J. Smith was appointed Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer in October 2004, after serving as our Acting Chief Financial Officer since June 2004, and our Vice President and Controller since joining us in March 2003. Before joining us, Mr. Smith served from 2000 to 2001 as Director of Finance for KPMG Consulting, Inc., now BearingPoint, Inc.; from 1993 to 2000 with Great Lakes Chemical Corp. (serving from 1998 to 2000 as vice president and controller) and from 1983 to 1993 with Olin Corporation, including as chief financial officer for several of its divisions.
